An award winning project at the corner of 15th and M St NW and home to MRP Realty’s rollout of their Town Hall concierge program Heyday, 1501 M St transformed the early 90’s building into a modern amenity. Upgrades included brand new town hall and spec suites, connected by a new monumental stair through the heart of the building, new conference rooms, upgraded restroom facilities, a new management office and concierge desk, and rotunda and lobby upgrades, along with elevator cab improvements. Completed during the outset of the pandemic, 1501 M Street was awarded the 2020 NAIOP DC | MD Award of Excellence in the category of Interiors 25,001 – 75,000 SF.
